40 stall horse boarding/training barn on 8+ acres. Est and in operation nearly 30 years offering lessons, camp, training and boarding. Property is completely fenced with gated entry. 3 arenas include 2 outdoor: 196’x 96’ dressage ring with All-weather footing; 75’x160’ jumping ring with lighting and covered viewing stand placed between rings; Indoor arena 168’x65’ with watering system, 2 bay doors, mirrors in corners. 20 paddock/turnout areas with wood fencing, 7 grass pastures, round-pen. 3 wash stalls, 3 grooming stalls, farrier station, restroom w/laundry. STABLES

HAY/SHAVINGS STORAGE AREAS

• Hay storage can hold 500+ bales, is separate from barn and has easy access for drop off through back side of property entry. Also has heat sensor in rafters for safety 
• Manure pile placed for easy pick-up by locals 
• Covered lean-to provides loose shavings storage
• Private bathroom is heated/cooled and has washer/dryer 
• No propane, all electric 
• Storage shed in back near hay barn
