  • Place sign in yard or window (large signs for acreage properites)

  • Gather accurate information: association fees, loan types, etc.
  • Consider verbiage reflecting what your home offers that matches the current buyer interest and upload this to your MLS listing.

  • Provide you a Monthly Report: A Moving Forward Plan-  this can include ideas such as marketing in a different venue, comparing the homes that have come new onto the market and looking at those that have sold.  This monthly meeting generally lasts for approximately 45 minutes and can be held over the phone, in your home, via go-to-meeting, or in my office

  • Create, distribute, and maintain a stock of flyers for your box and Sign-in sheets, Feature Flyer, and data sheets
